When everything in our sauna project went so uncommonly smoothly at first – a friendly site visit, quick replies to emails, sensible responses, an ‘every problem can be solved’ attitude, an excellent quotation for the work – we didn’t believe (cynics that we are) that the service would live up to the promise. But then, when the work was being done, all on schedule, and with a generous sackload of the usual on-site gremlins being tackled and dispatched with awe-inspiring energy and a real dedication to getting the job done at the highest specification, we saw how wrong we were. Cynicism was vanquished, and the Inca team proved themselves exceptional in every way. It was a joy to have them work for us, and the results have been even better than we dared hope for. Many thanks to the Inca team for the care and attention in sourcing the correct replacement electronic power unit for my far infrared sauna and for the exemplary professional guidance in fitting it, the customer services and after sales support. It gave me confidence that the sauna would be safely restored to full working order – which it is!
Pete and Emma at INCA UK were really quite remarkable. After some significant home renovations where our sauna was relocated, 3 different companies (over the course of 4 months) failed to diagnose the problem. I almost ended up buying a new control unit after one company advised this was what was required- this would have been extremely expensive and totally unnecessary.
Right from the beginning of speaking to Pete, he was so knowledgeable and patient. He went out of his way to help me and was happy to help remotely. He gave prolonged diagnostic advice in antisocial hours for him (evenings / weekends) due to my unusual work pattern and the difficulty I had in getting an electrician to have a 3 way conversation.
In less than an hour Pete had managed to refute everything that the other companies had said, diagnose the actual problem and give the electrician the necessary advice to fix everything there and then. Since then it has all been working again.
My only regret is not contacting this company and Pete sooner. There are a lot of numbers available online for sauna issues but these guys really know their stuff. Needless to say, their number is firmly stored in my phone book now and they will always be my first port of call for any issues in the future.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the sauna. It has really eased up my shoulder and I have normal mobility in my neck which I have not had for years! I am astounded by the effect it has had and I find it particularly good for relaxing after a heavy workout which also reduces the muscle aches the day after – now I have one I would not be without it!
