Nothing upsets Emma’s equilibrium more than being late and it’s testament to her professionalism that punctuality is one her many virtues. She wasn’t therefore very happy when despite arriving early on Monday morning to Glasgow airport, she had to endure a 2.5 hour wait before being able to board her flight.

Despite the delay, which involved a male passenger having to be unceremoniously escorted from the plane by uniformed officers, Emma was able to continue with her journey to the Borough of Camden in London. A successful meeting ensued with architects and building contractors that have engaged the services of Inca UK to supply them with a steam room for their clients’ private London residence.

Emma returned thankfully on an uneventful flight that touched down on the tarmac at 8:45pm and she arrived back home an hour later. A long day and definitely deserving of a very large ‘hot chocolate’!
