It’s becoming ever apparent that in this day and age, people expect a turnkey solution, they don’t have the time or patience to be sourcing all various aspects of a project themselves. This is something that we understand at Inca UK and are proud to say that we offer just this. We can provide you with designs for your sauna, steam or spa area, or work with your vision to ensure we create what you have imagined. The manufacturing process then takes place to create your bespoke equipment and our in house installation team will be on site to create this for you – our installations aren’t farmed out to subcontractors that don’t have the same passion for what we’ve created. Some companies don’t offer maintenance or refurbishment options and are only merely interested in the ‘big bucks’ of the main project. This is not an ethos we stand by. Sometimes you don’t need a full new sauna, only a new set of benches, or a bench slat that needs replaced. All too often we see clients who have gone to someone else before finding us and they have been convinced they need to spend far more money than is necessary to replace equipment that just needs a bit of a makeover. We can refurbish saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs and hydro pools in situ, at a vastly reduced cost to replacing as new by retaining existing framework and firming up underlying substrates where required.
