THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS
Massage given in the sitting position to all muscles in the upper spinal and lower neck region, and the muscle groups in the upper back and the small of the back. As the jets have a wide stream, bathers can also massage their arms by slightly changing position. The hydromassage to the upper back relieves tension in all muscles used in movements involving the side of the body and hips that are usually the result of body positions not normally adopted or playing sport. It also relieves the tightening of muscles in the back and neck due to bad posture or muscle weakness. The jets at the back of each leg boost their blood circulation and the relaxing foot massage can also help speed up the final stages of rehabilitation for dislocated or twisted ankles.
