I’d like to take a moment to introduce our Project Manager, Emma Staniforth.

Emma graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2012 with a BSc(Hons). While she was studying in further education after her graduation, she took a part time office job with us that quickly developed into a full-time position. It soon became clear that Emma relished a challenge and so began learning the business from grass roots up; from all aspects of office work, through installation, manufacturing, maintenance and repairs.

Em completely absorbed anything we threw at her and got to the point where she wouldn’t bat an eyelid about hopping on the long wheel base van and driving with a team to London or far up North for installations and in 2015, she completed the manufacture of her first fully glass fronted, Hemlock, traditional sauna cabin for a family in Edinburgh.

She has now spent several years honing her site skills and is equally happy donning her business suit and taking a plane to various locations throughout the UK to meet with architects and main contractors to win projects, as she is throwing on her PPE, grabbing her tools and heading off to site with the rest of our skilled team. All of this is undertaken with an attitude of ‘nothing’s too much trouble’ and her trademark smile.

In her very limited spare time, she enjoys D.I.Y., playing the piano/saxophone and drinking copious amounts of hot chocolate.

We’re incredibly lucky to have such a capable, conscientious, hard-working member of the Inca team.
